Two real profiles of the music of our time – the conductor Mario Venzago and the composer Sven-David Sandström.

Swiss conductor Mario Venzago who, aside from classics like Beethoven and Brahms, is happy to introduce the latest music, and composing professor Sven-David Sandström who has provoked, entertained and moved the audience to tears over the course of his career. In 2017, he turns 75, and this is celebrated with an original performance of Five Pieces for Piano and Orchestra, a work commissioned by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, financed by Anders Wall Foundation.
