For us, it is important that you as an audience feel safe and secure when you attend one of our events. We follow the Swedish Public Health Agency’s recommendations and constantly adapt to current guidelines. Here we list all the measures we take to make your visit to us as safe and secure as possible.
This is what we do
Of course, we continue to ensure that the concert visits are as safe and secure as possible even after the restrictions have been removed.
Before each concert, all touch surfaces are cleaned extra carefully and there is rubbing alcohol placed around the Concert Hall, as well as mouth guards if you want to use one.
The hosts help to keep distances and that the queuing systems work safely and securely both before and after the concert.
The doors to the concert hall open one hour before the concert starts. The doors open 2,5 h before concert for guests in the restaurant from w 44.
There are no introductions to the concerts with Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra during the autumn.
School classes that visit us are met by hosts who help to keep distance between the groups in the foyer and place each class/group in a separate area in the concert hall. Several entrances to the concert hall are used to reduce the risk of meetings between schools/classes. It is not possible to eat a packed lunch in the concert hall right now.
What you can do
We would like you to come to us vaccinated with care for yourself, other in the audience and us employees. The exception is if you are under 16 and you who for medical reasons should not be vaccinated. Information on how and where you get vaccinated can be found at 1177.se. Stay home if you are sick or have symptoms.
Keep a distance in the foyer, concert hall, restaurant and toilets.
Follow the ushers instructions on site.
Keep on being careful with hand hygiene.
Use hand sanitizers that are placed around the room.
You do not need to use a mouth guard when you visit us, but if it makes your visit feel more comfortable, use one. It can be picked up in the Concert Hall.
