We at the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra long for you. How can we share what we do and how can you inspire us with the work that is done in the Västra Götaland region’s School of the Arts and El Sistema?
If the restrictions ease, we could come to you for an inspiration day. Maybe one of your orchestra rehearsals can be led by one of our conductors Marjolein Vermeeren, Simon Kim Phipps or Ron Davis Alvarez? Or do we play together in a workshop? Or do we become an energy injection in vision discussions at management level? We like to meet digitally as well, maybe have a coffee together when one of our musicians plays, show his instrument and you can ask questions.
We have just begun work on contacting School of the Arts and El Sistema activities in the region to create meetings. Maybe you want to reach us before we reach you? Do not hesitate to contact us with ideas and suggestions – we hope to find a way to meet!
