And what range: Sibelius’ last published pieces from 1929, a reduced Till Eulenspiegel (boiled down to its delightful essence), Bacewicz’s singular oboe trio, Janáček’s fairytale piece for cello and piano, and his string quartet, Intimate Letters.

The latter is a musical diary about his love for Kamila Stösslova, who is present in the music, “alive, close, and radiating love.” At the concert, this story will also be told in words.
