Event has already taken place
Eastern European folk music with Jewish roots, full of energy, has been gathering people since the 19th century. Joy and gaiety, but also streaks of the melancholic sadness that is a true feature of klezmer music.
Clarinets, violins and tubes awaken both emotion and dance pleasure with their energetic rhythms and catchy tunes. The Klezmezz project gives more young people the opportunity to experience and try klezmer.
The project was started by Wolf Cat and is carried out with the support of the Swedish National Board of Music, the Cultural Council, the Stockholm region, the City of Gothenburg and others.
