A yoga pass with live music played by musicians from Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Lene Skomedal, Yoga Lene. This time we dive straight into the autumn darkness to search for what is there. This time it is pure yinyoga with only sitting and lying positions. Bring your thickest yoga mat or extra surface for a more cozy factor. You may want to keep the socks on and bring a blanket and/or pillow if you wish.

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal takes you closer to the music and the people behind it, while guiding you through a wonderful yoga session. The pass is built after the music, which is played by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s own yoga quartet consisting of Terje Skomedal and Joel Nyman on violin, Tuula Fleivik Nurmo viola and Oscar Sokk Kleväng cello.

The yoga concerts have different themes and music and offer a unique experience every time. Welcome to listen with your whole body.

Bring your own yoga mat

Bring your own yoga mat or optional surface and we will guide you to well-being and flowing energy in the concert hall’s stressful environment. You do not need any prior knowledge and there is movement for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged.
