All you need is a library card.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How it works<\/h2>\n<h4>Events<\/h4>\n<p>The Concert Hall Card is valid for selected events.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gso.se\/en\/concert-hall-card\/#borrow\">Here you can see the events you can borrow tickets for<\/a> \u2013 including classical concerts, family concerts and organ concerts.<\/p>\n<h4>Check availability online<\/h4>\n<p>You cannot reserve the Concert Hall Card, but you can check availability in the library catalog\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/encore.gotlib.goteborg.se\/iii\/encore\/?lang=eng\">Gotlib<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Number of tickets<\/h4>\n<p>The Concert Hall Card gives you access to two tickets. There are two Concert Hall Card available to borrow from each library. The Concert Hall Card is only valid for the next upcoming event.<\/p>\n<h4>Borrow the Concert Hall Card<\/h4>\n<p>You can borrow the Concert Hall Card at the City Library at G\u00f6taplatsen and Kulturhuset Bergsj\u00f6n at Rymdtorget. To borrow it, you need a library card. It\u2019s free.<\/p>\n<h4>Collect your tickets<\/h4>\n<p>Before the event, visit our ticket office at the Concert Hall at G\u00f6taplatsen and exchange your Concert Hall Card for tickets. The ticket office is always open in connection with concerts and events.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gso.se\/en\/contact-opening-hours\/#ticket\">See the ticket office opening hours &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Loan period<\/h4>\n<p>The loan period is five days and cannot be extended.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Important information<\/h2>\n<h4>No reservation<\/h4>\n<p>The Concert Hall Card cannot be reserved in advance; you must visit the City Library at G\u00f6taplatsen.<\/p>\n<h4>Your responsibility<\/h4>\n<p>You are responsible for keeping yourself updated on any changes or cancellations of concerts.<\/p>\n<h4>No contact details<\/h4>\n<p>We do not collect your contact details, but we note how many people borrow the cards.<\/p>\n<h4>Renewals<\/h4>\n<p>To allow as many people as possible to enjoy the experience, it is not permitted to borrow the Concert Hall Card more than once every six months.<\/p>\n<h4>Bag sizes<\/h4>\n<p>It is permitted to bring a small bag, but of consideration for all visitors\u2019 comfort we kindly ask you to avoid bringing larger bags to the Concert Hall.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gso.se\/en\/your-visit\/faq\/\">Here you can read frequently asked questions about your concert visit.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>The Concert Hall Card is part of the Gothenburg City Library&#8217;s initiative Borrow a cultural experience.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Concert Hall Card at Kulturhuset Bergsj\u00f6n is a collaboration with our partner Higab, which owns and manages the property.
