The competition entry may also be used on the website and in the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra&#8217;s communication and marketing, for example in social channels and Konsertmagasinet Podiet.<\/li>\n<li>By participating, you transfer the copyright to the contribution to G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB. This means, among other things, that G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB has the right to use the grant, without limitation in time, in any way in its marketing communication, but only within G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB&#8217;s normal operations and in accordance with Swedish law and good practice.<\/li>\n<li>The finalists are appointed, unless otherwise stated, by a jury consisting of staff at G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB. The jury&#8217;s decision can not be appealed and the jury does not have to justify its decision. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the guardian is contacted.<\/li>\n<li>It is not possible to exchange the profit for cash or other property. The winner is responsible for paying any tax that arises as a result of the win.<\/li>\n<li>Employees at G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB or their relatives may not participate in the competition.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB does not take responsibility for the consequences of a competition entry disappearing, being damaged, sent incorrectly or being delivered too late to<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB.
