He also donated money for the construction of Gothenburg City Theater. Found recessed in the wall in the promenade outside the Great Hall. The bronze medallion was created in 1936 by Erik Lindberg (1873-1966).<\/p>\n<h3>Erik Lindberg\u00a0(1873-1966)<\/h3>\n<p>Sculptor and medal engraver active in Stockholm. Educated at the Stockholm Academy of the Arts and in Paris. Professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts from 1930.
