The somewhat confused N\u00e4cken sits by its waterfall, but modern times have entered and replaced the tranquility of the forest with a thundering dammed waterfall.<\/p>\n<h3>Sven X-et Erixson (1899-1970)<\/h3>\n<p>Painter and sculptor. The X&#8217;s images have their roots in a naive and narrative tradition. In his colorful depictions of the city and his work, he made himself known in the 1930s. Many of his lithographs were widely distributed through Konstfr\u00e4mjandet&#8217;s publishing during the 1940s and onwards.<\/p>\n<p>Education: Stockholm School of Technology, Stockholm Academy of the Arts. Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts 1943-53.
