{"id":83968,"date":"2022-09-20T10:16:04","date_gmt":"2022-09-20T08:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gso.se\/gothenburg-concert-hall\/venue-rentals\/lokalhyra-stenhammarsalen\/"},"modified":"2024-05-29T15:42:38","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T13:42:38","slug":"lokalhyra-stenhammarsalen","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.gso.se\/en\/gothenburg-concert-hall\/venue-rentals\/lokalhyra-stenhammarsalen\/","title":{"rendered":"Rent The Stenhammar Chamber Hall (Stenhammarsalen)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Events with ticket sales<\/h2>\n<p>All prices apply as of January 1st 2023, and are excluded from VAT.<\/p>\n<h4>Rental<\/h4>\n<p>Monday-Thursday<br \/>\nFull day, 8 hours: SEK 20 000<br \/>\nHalf day, 4 hours: SEK 14 000<\/p>\n<p>Friday-Sunday:<br \/>\nFull day, 8 hours: SEK 24 000<br \/>\nHalf day, 4 hours: SEK 16 000<\/p>\n<h4>The rent includes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Three dressing rooms, and the Stenhammar Hall&#8217;s connected audience and foyer areas.<\/li>\n<li>One representative staff available for the duration of the rental period.<\/li>\n<li>Front of house personnel are included, and the number of personnel is determined by the Concert Hall.<\/li>\n<li>Basic lighting and sound equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning services prior to and following the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rent is based on 8 hours per full day and 4 hours per half day. The rental period is the whole amount of time the tenant has access to the Concert Hall, including loading in and out. Additional hours beyond 8 and 4 are charged at a rate of SEK 2,000 each hour begun. When performing an additional concert or event on the same day, an additional 50% of the venue rent is charged. The hall rental includes a total of 2 hours for meetings, phone calls, and visits; additional hours are paid at a rate of 500 SEK per hour. On request, a quotation will be provided for the cost of renting technical equipment, technical personnel, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ticketing<\/h4>\n<p>All ticket sales are managed by the Concert Hall\u00b4s ticket system. A service fee of SEK 30 incl. VAT will be charged per sold ticket. The supplier reserves the right to use up to 5 tickets per event. GSAB does not make advance payments of ticket revenue. Payments are always made with settlement after the event date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Merchandise<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>If necessary, G\u00f6teborgs Symfoniker AB can provide cash register systems and personnel for the sale of merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>In such cases, 15% of the gross revenue is paid as commission to GSAB, as well as a cost for staff of SEK 250 \/ hour (minimum 3 hours).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>The Main Hall&#8217;s Cloakroom<\/h4>\n<p>The Main Hall&#8217;s Cloakroom: Due to logistical reasons, the Main Halls Cloakroom is required for events\/conferences with catering for more than 100 attendees, at an additional rental cost. Because availability is limited, requests should be submitted well in advance. In these cases, the Main Hall\u00b4s Cloakroom can be rented for discounted price of 5,000 SEK<\/p>\n<h4>Booking enquiry<\/h4>\n<p>A warm welcome with your booking request to event@gso.se.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary bookings are made free of charge, a final booking needs to be made within 4 weeks of the preliminary booking.
