The moon-landing celebrates its 50th anniversary, but the moon has fascinated composers for much longer, as Erik Risberg can attest to.

The orchestra’s former pianist, Erik Risberg, highlights music’s fantastic stories in lecture series Classical Curiosities. Coffee and a sandwich are included in the price.

Part of Space Week

50 years have passed since the moon-landing. In Western Sweden, this is celebrated from the 14th of September to the 22nd of September with a broad programme for all ages about space’s importance for innovation, inspiration, science, industry, research, environment, sustainability, societal good, culture, art and creativity.
