KRAV- & Eco-labelled

Our servings are KRAV- and Svanen-licensed and thus meet tough sustainability criteria. The restaurant serves a high proportion of organic food compared to the rest of the restaurant industry and the environmentally conscious staff is constantly working to manage the resources.

The KRAV label is Sweden’s most well-known eco-label for food, built on an ecological basis with particularly high demands on animal care, health, social responsibility and climate impact. With the KRAV certification, we show that we cherish these values and constantly continue our work for an increased serving of good and sustainable food with KRAV-approved foods of high quality.

The Nordic Ecolabel means that energy, water and cleaning chemicals are handled with the best interests of the environment in mind. And the planning is optimized so that the restaurant gets as little leftover food as possible. No seafood dishes contain red-listed species and both food and wine are organic to the greatest extent possible.

A sustainable Concert Hall

All our concert experiences must be in harmony with sustainable principles. And the three dimensions of sustainability – the ecological, social and economic – are an indivisible whole and dependent on each other.
