Krav- & Eco-labelled servings

With two strong certifications behind us, we do our utmost to contribute to a more sustainable experience. And you do that too when you eat in the concert hall.

The restaurant and foyer bars are KRAV and Svanen certified and meet tough sustainability criteria. A high percentage of organic food is served here compared to the rest of the restaurant industry, and the environmentally conscious staff constantly works to conserve resources.

The KRAV label is Sweden’s best-known eco-label for food, built on an EU ecological basis with particularly high demands regarding biological diversity, animal welfare, reduced climate impact and good working conditions throughout the production stage. Through the certification, we show that we take these values seriously and continuously work to offer you high-quality and sustainable food that largely consists of both organic and KRAV-labeled ingredients.

The Nordic Ecolabel means that energy, water, waste and cleaning chemicals are handled with the best interests of the environment in mind. No fish and shellfish dishes contain red-listed species and genetically modified ingredients must not be present.

The restaurant business follows the Svanen Labeling requirements and optimizes the planning so that the servings receive as little leftover food as possible. We are meticulous in planning our menus, use ingredients efficiently and store them properly. We also work systematically to find new ways to reduce food waste.

In addition, we strive to prepare the right amount of food for the number of people who will be eating. If you have booked a table with us as a guest or as a conference participant and cannot come, you can help us reduce food waste by canceling in advance.

A sustainable Concert Hall

All our concert experiences must be in harmony with sustainable principles. And the three dimensions of sustainability – the ecological, social and economic – are an indivisible whole and dependent on each other.
