A safe & secure visit We take care of each other

Of course, we all help each other to make the visit to Gothenburg's Concert Hall as safe and secure as possible.

Here you find information on how we can all be helped to make your visit in Gothenburg Concert Hall as safe and secure as possible, for example answers to frequently asked questions about bags.

This is what we do

  • The hosts help to make your visit as comfortable and safe as possible. Do not hesitate to take contact if you have questions or need help.
  • Due to the increased terrorist threat level in Sweden, the police have decided on a bag ban at large events and it is up to each event organizer to make an assessment of how they think this should be handled. In Gothenburg Concert Hall it is ok to bring smaller bags with a maximum size of 21 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm (length x width x depth). Larger bags are not allowed and we do not offer storage of larger bags in our wardrobes or lockers.
  • The doors to the concert hall usually open two hours before the start of the concert but may vary depending on the event.
  • Updated programme, information about the break and the length of the concert can be found in the Concert Calendar.
  • We have ongoing, good, security routines and follow all the recommendations made by the authorities. On the police’s website you will find current information about the security situation in Sweden.

What you can do

  • Contact the audience hosts if you have questions or concerns during your visit.
  • Just bring a small bag with a maximum size of 21 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm (length x width x depth). Larger bags are not allowed and we do not offer storage of larger bags in our wardrobes or lockers.
  • Anyone who buys a ticket to one of the events in the concert hall also agrees to follow the health and safety measures that apply at the time of the event.
  • Stay home if you are sick or have symptoms.
