We provide the subscribers to the series with a picnic hamper, sun lounger, blanket, and a wonderful atmosphere. The music is free for everyone. Young musicians will perform before the concert.

You will find us at the lawn infront of Björngårdsvillan in Slottsskogen.

Kl 11:00-16:00

Welcome to our activity tents to the right of the stage. Here you can learn all about the upcoming season with the Gothenburg Symphony and compete for tickets. Those interested can also try instruments and we have balloons and face painting for all curious children.

Kl 11:00-13:45

In the activity tents subscribers in the series Saturday Small and Saturday Big season 2015-2016 can pick up their picnic basket, beach chair and blanket. Don´t forget your subscription card.

Kl 13:15-13:45

Concert with Stor-CHLÖS/youths from the culture schools in Centrum, Majorna-Linné and Örgryte-Härlanda, and Hvitfeldtskas Kammarorkester.

Kl 14:00 -15:30

Concert with the Gothenburg Symphony.

Citizenship Ceremony

On the National Day there is also a solemn ceremony in Slottsskogen for all 3541 new Göteborgare who became Swedish citizens in 2015. This year the new Swedes are from 132 countries. The celebrations is arranged by Göteborgs Stad at 11:00-13:00 by the large pond.
