The British film about stripping steelworkers, directed by Peter Cattaneo and with Robert Carlyle in the lead, seduced the cinema audience with its naked charm. The film filled cinemas across the world, and had its Swedish premiere in November, 1997.

Eventually, The Full Monty was made into a Broadway musical that was also hugely successful. In Sweden, the musical was named “Allt eller inget” (All or Noting). The musical has previously been performed at the Stockholm City Theatre, the Gothenburg City Theatre and the Malmö Music Theatre.
