Now, the famous Iranian musician and composer Hamid Motebassem created a new great work: Tar & Pood. It depicted the love story between the Persian king Khosro Parviz and the Armenian princess Shirin.

The text is taken from the 1200 century poet Nezami Ganjavis´ beautiful poem that gets new life with Hamid Motebassems captivating music. We are brought right into the heart of the story Mahdieh Mohammadkhani, a young singer who has received much attention in recent years for her enchanting interpretations of contemporary and traditional Persian music.
