Yogakonserter Yoga to live music

The musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal, Yoga Lene, takes you closer to the classical music and the people behind it, while she guides you through a wonderful yoga session. The sessions are based on the music, which is played live. The yoga concerts have different themes and music and offer a unique experience with different ensembles each time.

You do not need any prior knowledge and there are movements for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged. Bring your own yoga mat or any surface and we will guide you to well-being and flowing energy!
