Gothenburg Concert Hall Rent The Wardrobe Hall

Garderobshallen is the first visitor encounter after entering through the Concert Hall’s entrance doors at Götaplatsen. It is a flexible and atmospheric room that is furnished as needed. Ideal for trade fairs, conferences, mingling activities and smaller concerts.

Conference/event without ticket sales

All prices apply to events in Garderobshallen in the Gothenburg Concert Hall, are stated excluding VAT and are valid until June 30, 2020.

Rental

Full day, 8 hours: SEK 40 000
Half day, 4 hours: SEK 25 000

  • Hours in excess of 8 for full day and 4 for half day are charged with SEK 2,000 per hour started.
  • Rental of technology, technicians and other equipment gets on quotes.

Prices include

  • A performance manager on site during the entire rental period
  • Some furnishings by event type and agreement
  • Cleaning before and after the rental period

  • Preliminary bookings are made free of charge, a final booking needs to be made within 4 weeks of the preliminary booking. After that, the preliminary booking automatically falls out of the system.
