An evening for democracy and decency.
Information from the organizer:
How do we navigate a world where the law of the strongest prevails? How should we act when the rule of law is undermined? And how do we uphold public discourse in a time when authoritarian forces pose a threat?
Against the backdrop of the dark global situation, we bring together leading intellectuals to discuss these questions. Welcome to an evening of music, conversation, and reflection.
You will hear from author and lawyer Philippe Sands, philosopher and author Åsa Wikforss, historian Peter Englund, Archbishop Martin Modéus, as well as Agri Ismaïl, Lydia Sandgren, Sara Stenholm, Anna-Lena Laurén, Alex Schulman, and DN’s culture editor Björn Wiman. Music is provided by acclaimed folk musician Sara Parkman. The evening’s hosts are DN’s Tara Moshizi and Kristina Hedberg.
The event is organized by the Bokmässan, Dagens Nyheter, Jewish Culture in Sweden, and the Church of Sweden, in collaboration with Albert Bonniers Förlag.
Here you will find all the necessary information that you need to know about before your magical visit in the Concert Hall.
