 In 1986, David Zinman gave his first and only concert in Gothenburg with Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis. 30 years later, he is returning, once again with Beethoven on the programme: Piano Concerto No. 1, with pianist Behzod Abduraimov, who, aged only 25, already has a contract with Decca.

Over the past decades, David Zinman has made his name internationally, as a splendid interpreter of Beethoven, in Zurich, among other places, where he has recorded all the symphonies and concertos. A traditional programme, in the very best meaning of the word, with a Barber overture, and Schumann’s Symphony No. 2.
