Ebba Forsberg is one of Sweden’s biggest singers with a voice that gives depth, sincerity, and credibility to the lyrics. Throughout her career, Ebba has released several albums achieving critical acclaim. Her debut, the record “Been there”, was released in 1997 under record label Maverick, founded by pop icon Madonna. The release was followed by seven albums, three of these were Ebba’s personal interpretations of songs by Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Tom Waits. The latest release in 2019 was a collaboration with fellow musician Mikael Wiehe called “Med kropp och själ”.

In autumn 2022 Ebba performed ten appreciated concerts and marks a return in releasing her own material. A new album called “Ebba tolkar Ebba Live” will be released in spring 2023.

Ebba will in this concert perform her own songs as well as her well-known and critically acclaimed interpretations by Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Tom Waits. It will be beautiful, raw and fragile.

 

The band “Ångmaskinen” consists of Johan Aronsson, Marcus Holm, Rey-Ove Karlén, Lars Mattsson, Roger Myrehag.
