On 28th January 2017 organizing National Organization GAPF – Never Forget Pela and Fadime a gala evening in Gothenburg with artists, musicians and lecturers!

GAPF want to draw attention to the ongoing repression of honor and honor-related violence established in Gothenburg. Thousands of girls and women must not fall in love with whomever they want, you risk being married off and where the family controls every step they take.

At the Fadime gala we will meet lecturers who will share their personal experiences of this honor oppression and public figures who raises his voice to Sweden to stand up for our secular society, our gender and equality. In the intermission and after the show you can ask questions and talk to our lecturers and representatives from GAPF.

Fadime Sahindal died in 2002 because she dared demand to live like other young women in Sweden, given her life in vain. Together we can make a difference!
