Event has already taken place. Nostalgic jazz and beautiful interplay with legendary saxophonist Gilbert Holmström. The concert replaces the previously announced Wesseltoft & Schwarz, and purchased tickets remain valid.
Experience a piece of Swedish jazz history on stage at Konserthuset! Saxophonist Gilbert Holmström has been at the center of Swedishjazz sound since 1965. He has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for his long career, and is still at his best – recently nominated for a Grammis for the album Peak.
Generations of musicians have followed this Gothenburg legend on his journey over the years. In his current quintet, he has pianist Mathias Landæus, Norwegian trumpeter Erik Kimestad, bassist Jonny Åman and Cornelia Nilsson on drums. Together they offer nostalgic jazz and beautiful interplay.

Earlier announced Wesseltoft & Schwarz have unfortunately had to cancel their participation due to privat reasons. Purchased ticket is valid. If you have any questions, please contact the ticket office at biljett@gso.se or 031-7265300.
