Lecturer Johannes Gustavsson is a professional conductor. He regularly conducts orchestras such as the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, Oslo Philharmonic, Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra. He was also chief conductor of the Wermland Opera and is an aficionado of contemporary Nordic music.
As a guest for the evening, Johannes Gustavsson has invited tenor Michael Weinius, now starring in Verdi’s Othello at the Gothenburg Opera.
