Both participants and audiences are engaged, and everyone, regardless of temperament and capacity, is welcome to enjoy the music in their own way.
The doors are open to allow people to listen in front of the stage or outside. The concert is led by a compère – Eva Essvik – who will guide visitors along the course of the journey. The music will be selected pieces and movements from the rich repertoire of classical music.
At this concert, the newly formed Gothenburg Symphony’s Vocal Ensemble shows its breadth in music from English baroque master Henry Purcell to Gothenburg Sven-Eric Johanson’s Shakespeare songs. By their side, they have musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony who play Clarinet, Horn and Marimba.
