The newly-formed Gothenburg Symphony Vocal Ensemble show their breadth, with music from the English Baroque master Henry Purcell to newly-written work by Ulrika Emanuelsson.

They also highlight the Gothenburg resident Sven-Eric Johanson’s Shakespeare songs, which have been performed by choirs in several parts of the world. The Gothenburg Symphony Vocal Ensemble consists of professional singers, who apart from their own concerts, also have an active and important role in the Gothenburg Symphonic Choir.
