Göteborgs Konserthus Yoga Concert: Christmas

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal,  Yoga Lene, takes you closer to the classical music and the people behind it, while she guides you through a wonderful yoga session. The session is based on the music, played live on the new concert hall organ. Together we take place on the stage in the Concert Hall’s Great Hall, surrounded by the organ’s soft sounds.

Bring your own yoga mat or any surface and we will guide you to well-being and flowing energy!

This time you will experience very basic and restorative yin yoga with only sitting and lying positions. Bring your thickest yoga mat or extra surface for a greater cosiness factor. You are welcome to keep the socks on and bring a blanket and/or pillow if you wish.

The yoga concerts have different themes and music and offer a unique experience every time with different ensembles. You do not need any prior knowledge and there are movements for everyone.
