A wonderful yoga class with live music played by musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. Bring your own yoga mat and we will guide you towards wellness and flowing energy. Today’s theme: about embracing and accepting what is fragile and letting things take their own course.

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal brings you closer to the music and the people behind it, while guiding you through a wonderful yoga session. The lesson is built around the music, played by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s own yoga quartet, consisting of Terje Skomedal and Joel Nyman on violin, Tuula Fleivik Nurmo viola and Oscar Sokk Kleväng cello.
The yoga concerts have different themes and music, and offer a unique experience every time. You do not need any prior knowledge and there are exercises for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged.
