Göteborgs Konserthus Yoga concert: Space

Roll out your yoga mat on the Concert Hall’s big stage, look out over the Great Hall and experience the feeling of space. With the Hall’s glorious space, we enter our practice and create space both in the body, the breath and the mind. We first move through some soft yoga sequences and land further into a longer part of restful yin yoga. All embedded in the notes from the Concert Hall’s wonderful organ, which sometimes becomes so powerful that you feel the vibrations travel through the stage floor and directly into your body.

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal, Yoga Lene, takes you closer to classical music while she leads you through a wonderful yoga session.

The pass is structured around the music, which is played live on the new concert hall organ. Together we take our place on stage in the Concert Hall’s Great Hall, surrounded by the soft sounds of the organ.
