Göteborgs Konserthus Yoga Concert: Warmth

At this yoga concert, you get to practice gentle and organic movement. We are led by the music, from outer movements to inner glow, with rest accompanied by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s cello quartet. A moment to melt and breathe.

Lene Skomedal (yogalene.se), a musician and yoga teacher, guides us through a yoga session, and through the music and the people behind it. Listen with your whole body.

• Bring your own mat and perhaps a cozy blanket, cushion, or other props.
• Participate and move based on your own ability. There are always alternatives for everyone, and if you like, you can simply lie down on your mat and listen.
