- By participating in the competition, you accept the rules for Göteborgs Symfoniker AB’s competition.
- If you are under 18, you need guardian approval to participate.
- By participating, you agree that your name and your competition entry may be used in advertising for Göteborgs Symfoniker AB. The competition entry may also be used on the website and in the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s communication and marketing, for example in social channels and Konsertmagasinet Podiet.
- By participating, you transfer the copyright to the contribution to Göteborgs Symfoniker AB. This means, among other things, that Göteborgs Symfoniker AB has the right to use the grant, without limitation in time, in any way in its marketing communication, but only within Göteborgs Symfoniker AB’s normal operations and in accordance with Swedish law and good practice.
- The finalists are appointed, unless otherwise stated, by a jury consisting of staff at Göteborgs Symfoniker AB. The jury’s decision can not be appealed and the jury does not have to justify its decision. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the guardian is contacted.
- It is not possible to exchange the profit for cash or other property. The winner is responsible for paying any tax that arises as a result of the win.
