About the coronavirus Covid-19

Please note that the ticket office is closed for visits, but you reach us on telephone weekdays at 12.00-18.00 (+46(0)31-726 53 00) and via email (biljett@gso.se).

We follow the recommendations of the Public Health Authority regarding the coronavirus covid-19. It affects both individual events and subscriptions concerts. For updated information on effected concerts/events check out the event in the calendar.

Information for you who have a ticket to an effected event

We will return as soon as we can with detailed information to all of you who have purchased tickets for effected concerts/events with information about the purchase and what applies to, for example, compensation performances, exchanges and compensation. There is high pressure at the ticket office and we hope that you can have indulgence in that it can take extra time to get answers.

Why are concerts affected differently?

At the Gothenburg Concert Hall we have both our own events arranged by Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and other events where we rent out our premises to external actors. This means that the events by external actors are outside our operations and decides whether a concert is cancelled or moved. The same applies for refunds. To get information about the terms of your event, please check out the event in the calendar.

Looking forward to a new concert season

While we handle the current situation, we are aiming for the fall and a new concert season, which will be announced on Friday, April 3 at 11.00. We hope you want to look ahead with us!
