It is with pride and joy that our neighbor Finland celebrates the 100th anniversary of its declaration of independence on December 6, 1917. Sweden and Finland have for centuries shared history in everything from war to solidarity and political cooperation. Together with the Finnish Consulate General in Göteborg, the Gothenburg Symphony will commemorate Finland’s 100-year history as an independent state through Finnish music reflecting parts of the country’s cultural development.
Here you will find all the necessary information that you need to know about before your magical visit in the Concert Hall.
