The evening many people have been waiting for: a world-class pianist in a solo programme in the magnific Grand hall!

Leif Ove Andsnes plays rarities by Dvorák and Bartók, and ends with Schumann’s Karneval in which he depicts masked friends, colleagues and characters from commedia dell’arte. Beautiful tones in a beautiful concert space.

Leif Ove Andsnes is the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s 2019 – 2020 Artist in Residence.
