You do not need any prerequisites and there are movements for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged. Put on soft clothes and bring your own yoga mat or what you may need.
The yoga style is called Global Yoga and during this pass, the music will be tied to yoga in a unique way thanks to the yoga teacher Lene Skomedal’s music background.
The doors open at 10.30 – please be in place not later than 10.45. After that we release the tickets to people wating in line.

Art with music in focus
Many of the works of art in Gothenburg Concert Hall are connected to music or have a relationship with Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. Here you will find everything from portraits of composers such as Grieg and Sibelius to one of Sweden's largest tapestries, with design by Sven X-et Erixson.
