Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal takes you closer to the music and the people behind it, while she guides you through a wonderful yoga session. The session is structured according to the music, which is played live by a wind quintet from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra.
Bring your own yoga mat and we will guide you to well-being and flowing energy!
The yoga concerts have different themes and music and offer a unique experience every time with different ensembles. You do not need any prior knowledge and there are movements for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged.
