Event has already taken place. A wonderful yoga session with Yoga Lene to live music with musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. The theme is travel - about being on the road, where the journey itself is the goal and everything that happens is important and right.

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal, Yoga Lene, takes you closer to the music and the people behind it, while she guides you through a wonderful yoga session. The session is structured according to the music, which is played live by a string quartett from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra.

Bring your own yoga mat and we will guide you to well-being and flowing energy!

The yoga concerts have different themes and music and offer a unique experience with different ensembles every time. You do not need any prior knowledge and there are movements for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged.
