A wonderful yoga pass with live music played by musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. Bring your own yoga mat or something similar and we will guide you to wellness and flowing energy. Today’s theme: finding calmness and peace when the stress of Christmas starts, and the importance of always finding time for relaxation.

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal brings you closer to the music and the people behind it, while guiding you through a wonderful yoga session. The lesson is built around the music, played by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s own yoga quartet, consisting of Terje Skomedal and Joel Nyman on violin, Tuula Fleivik Nurmo viola and Oscar Sokk Kleväng cello.

The yoga concerts have different themes and music and offer a unique experience every time. Welcome to come and listen with your whole body.
