Beethoven: Symphony No 6 “Pastoral”
In Ludwig van Beethoven’s lush Pastoral Symphony, we travel along safe paths once again. Beethoven was in an unusually light-hearted mood and wrote artful descriptions of each movement. We experience the thunderstorms, streams and birds, and finally the calm after the storm. Conductor Dinis Sousa leads the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra.
The concert was recorded in Gothenburg Concert Hall in November 2025.
