Classical AW with Bach
Join Gothenburg’s most classic after work! Hear music by J.S. Bach and Britten in a breathtaking performance by tenor Andrew Staples, the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and choir. The evening continues in the foyer bars after the concert.
Ravel Bolero
With its hypnotic power, Ravel’s Bolero is endlessly fascinating. This famous orchestral work grows by the minute, blossoming at last to the fullest in a magnificent climax. François Leleux conducts the orchestra and is the soloist in Haydn’s mysterious Oboe Concerto.
Anna Lapwood: Music of the Stars
Sit back and enjoy a journey through the stars with music from Interstellar and Star Wars. Acclaimed organist and music profile Anna Lapwood makes her debut in Gothenburg with an imaginative organ programme from the world of film. Show piece of the night is a fresh suite from Lord of the Rings
Music for a summer evening
Ensemble Caplet consists of harp, flute and strings. Together with singers from the Gothenburg Symphony Vocal Ensemble, they fill the summer evening with achingly beautiful notes of love and the season.
Classical AW: French Summer
Conductor Ludovic Morlot drops in from Barcelona to present a concert with a French theme for early summer, together with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. Stop by after work and enjoy a Wednesday evening of mingling and music of perfect format.
National Day Concert 2026
