Ticket information

Today it is easier than ever to buy a concert ticket – online, on site at the ticket office or by phone. Here you will find information about your ticket purchase.

Changes in the concert season

We adapt the concert season on the Swedish Public Health Agency’s recommendations, decisions from the Västra Götaland region and the Government, and how the corona pandemic develops in the world. The latest information can always be found on the website’s subscription pages and in the concert calendar.

Canceled or changed concerts

The concerts that are canceled due to the restrictions in connection with the corona pandemic, we will of course compensate and if the date of concert is changed, the ticket office will ensure that you who are a subscriber or has purchased a ticket will be informed. The information is communicated to the e-mail you used when you bought your ticket/subscritpion.

Watch out for rogue retailers!

Remember to always buy your tickets from reputable dealers. Tickets for the concert hall’s events regularly appear on various brokerage sites, and often at a much more expensive price. This is not something we stand behind. If you want to be on the safe side, you should buy tickets to the concert hall’s events via our ticket office, website or ticket agent: Pusterviks tickets.
